The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream Review

The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream* - £10/50ml

The Body Shop's Vitamin E Moisture Cream* is one of their best selling products.  Aimed at all skin types, it promises to hydrate and leave your skin looking healthy and smooth.  Whilst containing moisturising Vitamin E, this day cream also contains palm oil and lanolin to soften your skin.

I use the Vitamin E Moisture Cream in the mornings, smoothing the light pink cream over my face and neck.  Within a few minutes the cream has sunk into my skin and I'm ready to apply my make-up.  My face feels hydrated throughout the day with this product.

I had been concerned that the Vitamin E cream wouldn't be suitable for my oily/combination skin.  However, I've had no such issues.  I've also found that a little goes a long way, so this pot is great value for money!

I've been loving coral and nude shades recently.  I've been completely swayed by Estee's coral makeup obsession and have been on the look out for a blush to wear with my Revlon Lip Butter in Tutti Fruitti.  The few hot days we've had have made me look forward to being able to wear bright colours and cute vintage inspired sandals...

This rose gold and pink cord statement necklace first caught my eye whilst browsing online and I fell in love with it when I saw it in-store the other week.  I love that it's such a simple yet effective piece and can imagine that it would go with a lot of different outfits.

Barry M's Gelly nail paints have been on my radar for a while now, but somehow I've still not managed to sneak one into my nail polish drawer.  I love that the formula ensures a glossy, hi-shine finish and adore Lychee.  It's the perfect neutral cream shade.

I'm not one for wearing sandals and my feet live in ballet pumps all year round.  However, as soon as I saw Topshop's Happy shoes I fell in love!  They're so cute and would look fab teamed with a vintage summer dress.

I love the pop of colour that this New Look clutch would add to an outfit.  The cut out detail is really pretty and I think the bag would be a good match for the million white summer dresses I've seen popping up in highstreet stores.

I've heard nothing but good things about Revlon's Photoready Cream Blushers and am drawn to the (rather scary looking) Coral Reef!

I received a sample of Lush's Retread conditioner the other week and will definitely be purchasing the full size!  I applied the conditioner to dry hair as a pre-wash treatment and then shampooed as usual and used a tiny bit more conditioner to finishThe results were amazing and my hair felt soft and smooth and lovely!

The Body Shop Mango Beautifying Oil Review

The Body Shop Mango Beautifying Oil* - £9/100ml
The Body Shop's Mango Beautifying Oil* is the perfect multi-use product.  Not only can it be used to and moisturise your skin but can be also applied to your hair to tame and smooth.  As with all Body Shop products, you can be certain that only the best natural ingredients have been used.  The base of this beautifying oil is comprised of a blend of nut oils; including sweet almond, kukui nut and marula nut oil.

I first tried this product out on my hair and applied a few drops to the ends of dry hair.  Once applied and combed through with my fingers, my hair looked smoother and healthier.  It's worth noting that I have quite dry and thick hair and a little of this product definitely goes a long way.  However, I would use with caution if you have very fine hair.

I find that my favourite way to apply this oil is onto the skin.  It sinks in so easily and doesn't feel greasy at all.  I use this on my legs and it provides light moisturisation and a luminous quality to the skin.  I can see this product working wonders in the summer.  Although it's not my favourite scent, I was pleasantly surprised by the fruity mango aroma which will be perfect for sun-drenched days too!

I've certainly been impressed by this versatile oil.  It's also available in lots of different scents.  I've got my eye on the coconut and pink grapefruit ones!
